Vacancies from the home staff agency in Kiev

We are looking for a responsible couple (housekeeper + handyman) with experience working in private households

Location:
Dzvinkove village

Salary:
from 6000 UAH/day per couple and higher

Work schedule:
Very flexible, depending on the couple’s availability
• 1–3 days per week
or
• 2–3 consecutive days every 2 weeks (possible with accommodation)

Working conditions:
• 2 houses: 315 sq.m and 165 sq.m
• kitchen — 48 sq.m
• staff house — 37 sq.m
• garage for 2 cars
• outdoor swimming pool
• territory — 48 ares (~25 ares lawn area)
• robotic lawn mower available
• 1 man lives in the house (family abroad), occasional guests

Responsibilities for the woman:
• regular and deep cleaning
• laundry (including curtains, covers, towels)
• minor clothing repairs
• gardening and vegetable garden work

Responsibilities for the man:
• maintenance of the territory, lawn, and garden
• mowing grass where the robot mower cannot reach
• snow removal in winter
• cleaning terraces and pool area
• minor repair works
• maintenance of house systems (pool, generator, solar power system, heating, ventilation, irrigation, septic system, water supply, alarm system, gates)
• monitoring and basic technical maintenance (filters, pressure, lubrication, etc.)

Requirements:
• experience working in private households
• responsibility and good organizational skills
