The Candidate Application Form is the first stage of the professional selection and job search process with Sweet Home. The more fully and accurately you describe your experience, the better we can present you to employers and consider you for suitable vacancies.
Before starting, please prepare details of your previous roles and dates of employment, work schedules, responsibilities, reasons for leaving and references. Check the dates against your documents if necessary.
The form has four sections and takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. We recommend allowing enough time to complete it without rushing; you may find it more convenient to use a computer. You will also need a valid email address that you can access.
Each candidate must complete the form independently. Sweet Home does not complete application forms on behalf of candidates. If important information is missing or insufficiently accurate, you will need to complete the form again.
