Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing, and protecting personal data provided by individuals when using the website of the domestic staffing agency Sweet Home (hereinafter – the “Agency”).
We process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other legal acts in the field of information protection.
1. Data subjects
Data subjects are individuals – website users, candidates who submit their information for employment, and clients who submit requests for staff selection.
2. Composition of personal data
The personal data that may be processed by the Agency include:
- surname, first name, and patronymic;
- contact details (phone number, email address, postal address);
- information contained in a candidate’s CV or a client’s application;
- technical information automatically transmitted when using the website (IP address, cookies, browser data).
3. Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data are collected and processed solely for the purpose of:
- providing recruitment and employment services;
- ensuring the fulfilment of contractual obligations;
- informing data subjects about the Agency’s services;
- complying with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
4. Legal grounds for processing
The Agency processes personal data on the basis of:
- the data subject’s consent;
- the necessity to perform contractual obligations;
- the Agency’s legitimate interests that do not infringe on the rights and freedoms of data subjects;
- legal requirements.
5. Procedure for transferring personal data to third parties
The transfer of personal data to third parties is permitted only in cases where:
- it is necessary for the proper provision of services (for example, transferring a candidate’s data to a client or vice versa);
- such transfer is required by law;
- separate consent of the data subject has been obtained.
6. Data retention period
Personal data are stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, but not longer than allowed under Ukrainian law.
7. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- access their personal data;
- request changes, updates, or corrections to their personal data;
- request the termination of processing or deletion of their personal data;
- withdraw their consent to data processing;
- contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court if their rights are violated.
8. Cookies and other technologies
The Agency may use cookies to improve website performance and collect statistical information. Users may restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings.
9. Security measures
The Agency takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
