The Standard Package is suitable for most roles, where a high-quality recruitment process can be completed within standard timelines and through a classic candidate funnel.
The Exclusive Package is chosen by families who require a precise and accelerated search, ongoing support from a dedicated manager, and unlimited replacements. It is also ideal for non-standard roles that call for a more flexible and individual approach.
The Exclusive Package does not apply to international or rare vacancies where the market is objectively limited. In such cases, we follow a responsible service approach and offer only those solutions whose quality we can confidently guarantee.
Our agency offers service packages tailored to meet your needs. The cost of our services depends on the type of contract chosen. For a standard contract, it’s 100% of the employee’s average monthly contractual salary, while an exclusive contract (applicable only for recruitment within Ukraine) is billed at 140%.
