We are looking for a responsible couple (housekeeper + handyman) with experience working in private households

Location:
Dzvinkove village

Salary:
from 6000 UAH/day per couple and higher

Work schedule:
Very flexible, depending on the couple’s availability
• 1–3 days per week
or
• 2–3 consecutive days every 2 weeks (possible with accommodation)

Working conditions:
• 2 houses: 315 sq.m and 165 sq.m
• kitchen — 48 sq.m
• staff house — 37 sq.m
• garage for 2 cars
• outdoor swimming pool
• territory — 48 ares (~25 ares lawn area)
• robotic lawn mower available
• 1 man lives in the house (family abroad), occasional guests

Responsibilities for the woman:
• regular and deep cleaning
• laundry (including curtains, covers, towels)
• minor clothing repairs
• gardening and vegetable garden work

Responsibilities for the man:
• maintenance of the territory, lawn, and garden
• mowing grass where the robot mower cannot reach
• snow removal in winter
• cleaning terraces and pool area
• minor repair works
• maintenance of house systems (pool, generator, solar power system, heating, ventilation, irrigation, septic system, water supply, alarm system, gates)
• monitoring and basic technical maintenance (filters, pressure, lubrication, etc.)

Requirements:
• experience working in private households
• responsibility and good organizational skills

Candidates without experience are welcome — training is provided.

Husband’s responsibilities:

• maintaining the territory and garden
• minor repairs and equipment maintenance
• caring for a Ridgeback dog
• accompanying in trips (driving license required)

Wife’s responsibilities:

• house cleaning
• laundry and ironing
• home-style cooking
• vegetable garden and greenhouse care
• seasonal household assistance

Conditions:

• from 4000 UAH/day (≈ 100,000 UAH/month)
• schedule: 25/5 or by agreement
• separate comfortable accommodation provided

Property details:

• house ~650 m²
• land plot ~1.4 ha (garden, vineyard, greenhouse)
• 2 residents
• dog and poultry on site

Our client is looking for an experienced family couple to maintain order in their private house of 600 sq.m and on a 48 sotkas property.

Responsibilities:
Woman:

• Cooking simple meals for 1 adult (Ukrainian cuisine);

• Serving meals and basic table setting;

• Grocery shopping with the driver;

• Laundry, ironing, and care of the man’s wardrobe;

• Supervising cleaning staff;

• Performing related household tasks.

Man:

• Cleaning the property from leaves and snow;

• Caring for roses (lawn and other plants maintained by gardener);

• Running errands.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience;

• Responsible and reliable.

Conditions:

• Full-time live-in work, days off by agreement;

• Salary: from 3000 UAH/day (from 90,000 UAH/month);

• Location: Brovary;

• Accommodation: separate house with all amenities, meals provided.
