We are looking for an experienced Technical Property Manager.

Location:
• Kozyn / Odesa / Europe / Africa

Salary:
• EUR 2,500–3,500 per month

Work Schedule:
• Full-time
• Flexible working hours
• Business trips within Ukraine and abroad

Transportation:
• All travel and transportation expenses are covered by the employer

Working Conditions:
• Management of 9 real estate properties
• Properties located in Ukraine and abroad
• Active properties in Kyiv and Odesa
• International properties in Spain, Italy and other countries
• Long-term cooperation

Responsibilities:
• Managing the technical maintenance department
• Supervising a team of technical specialists
• Monitoring the condition of buildings and engineering systems
• Organising repair, maintenance and preventive works
• Coordinating contractors and service providers
• Monitoring the execution of technical tasks across all properties
• Maintaining technical documentation and reports

Requirements:
• Experience as a Technical Property Manager, Chief Engineer or Head of Technical Services
• Higher engineering education
• Knowledge of modern engineering and construction technologies
