We are looking for an Estate Caretaker / Houseman with experience working in private households

Location: Kozyn, Obukhiv District, Kyiv Region

Salary: from UAH 2,000 per day

Work Schedule:
• 1 month on / 1 month off rotation
• Or by agreement with a coworker
• Live-in position

Working Conditions:
• Property area: 1 hectare
• House size: 500 sq.m.
• Private room provided in the staff house

Responsibilities:
• Lawn care (mowing, fertilizing, aeration)
• Monitoring and adjustment of the automatic irrigation system
• Maintenance of decorative plants, flower beds, and hedges
• Seasonal pruning of plants
• Cleaning and upkeep of the surrounding territory
• Monitoring the proper operation of house engineering systems (electricity, water supply, heating)
• Generator maintenance control and coordination of servicing
• Replacement of filters in water purification and drinking water systems
• Performing minor repair and maintenance works
• Preparing and preserving garden equipment for seasonal use

Requirements:
• Experience working as an estate caretaker/houseman in private households
