Work Schedule:
• 1–2 times per week

• Various maintenance and household tasks
• Work under video surveillance

Responsibilities:
• Fixing minor household issues
• Unclogging drains
• Groundwork (digging trenches, etc.)
• Moving and installing landscaping elements
• Painting fences and other structures
• Performing one-time technical and maintenance tasks
• Providing photo reports of completed work

Requirements:
• Own vehicle preferred
• Experience in maintenance, repair and technical work

Salary:
• UAH 2,000 per day
• UAH 8,000 per month

Work Schedule:
• 1 day per week
• 2–3 hours per day

• Area of 4 townhouses

Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas
• Sweeping and washing sidewalks, walkways, entrance areas and parking spaces

Responsibilities:
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas

• Emptying bins and replacing garbage bags
• Collecting litter throughout the community
• Maintaining cleanliness around waste collection areas
• Seasonal work: removing leaves, branches and snow, applying anti-icing materials
• Watering flower beds, trees and shrubs
• Weeding flower beds and maintaining green areas
• Monitoring the condition of the territory and reporting any damage or maintenance issues

We are looking for an Estate Caretaker / Houseman with experience working in private households

Location: Kozyn, Obukhiv District, Kyiv Region

Salary: from UAH 2,000 per day

Work Schedule:
• 1 month on / 1 month off rotation
• Or by agreement with a coworker
• Live-in position

Working Conditions:
• Property area: 1 hectare
• House size: 500 sq.m.
• Private room provided in the staff house

Responsibilities:
• Lawn care (mowing, fertilizing, aeration)
• Monitoring and adjustment of the automatic irrigation system
