Your experience, the information and documents you provide, your interview results and your approach to cooperation help the agency assess your application and determine which vacancies may be suitable for you.

Complete all sections of the application form carefully and provide full, accurate and up-to-date information, including personal details, education and professional experience. List each position in a family or private household separately, starting with the most recent, followed by any relevant experience in related fields. Sweet Home does not complete the application form on behalf of candidates. An incomplete or incorrectly completed form will need to be completed again.
The information provided in the application form must be accurate and supported by the relevant documents and references. All information and documents required for registration must be provided to Sweet Home after submitting the application form and before an interview is arranged. Full requirements are set out in the Information and documents section.
Once the application has been received, Sweet Home reviews the completeness of the information and documents provided. An agency representative may contact you if any details need to be clarified. Following this review, the agency decides whether to invite the candidate to an interview. Incomplete or incorrectly completed applications may not be considered further.
The interview is your first professional introduction to the agency and forms part of the registration decision. It takes place on a working day and usually lasts 30–60 minutes. Please allow sufficient time, ensure a stable connection and prepare to confirm the information provided, complete a professional assessment or conduct part of the interview in a foreign language where required for your chosen role.
Sweet Home considers each candidate individually and makes a registration decision based on the information and documents provided and the outcome of the interview. Individual explanations regarding the registration decision may not be provided.
Once registered, you may receive opportunities from Sweet Home, follow vacancies on the agency’s website, Facebook page and Telegram channel, to which you will be added after registration, and notify us of your interest in published vacancies.
Candidates with whom the agency is ready to proceed in relation to a particular vacancy will receive detailed information about the role and its terms. If Sweet Home does not contact you, you may ask the agency directly about the outcome of the consideration.
Sweet Home prepares your professional presentation for a potential client. It may include your application form and a short video presentation where requested or provided by you. At this stage, personal and contact details are not disclosed.
Arrange the interview and attend at the agreed time. Be prepared to discuss your experience, answer the client’s questions and clarify anything important to you about the vacancy and future cooperation. Sweet Home will inform you of the outcome once feedback has been received from the client. If necessary, you may also obtain updated information about the vacancy directly from the agency.
When you and the client are ready to begin working together, Sweet Home will help agree and record the main terms. You will enter into separate agreements with Sweet Home and with the client. The agreement with Sweet Home will be sent to your email address and signed online using a qualified electronic signature or Diia.Signature. The client agreement is signed at the same time.
