Information and Documents

• Passport or ID card.
• Recent portrait photograph.
• Written references or agreed contact details for previous employers.
• Education or professional training documents, where applicable.
• A valid medical record book or document confirming completion of a medical examination — for nannies, cooks and roles involving childcare or food preparation. The candidate is responsible for arranging the examination at a licensed medical facility in accordance with the requirements of their profession and for keeping the document up to date.
• Driving licence, where relevant to the role.

Candidates may also provide:

• a 1–2 minute video introduction — particularly welcome;
• additional education or qualification documents;
• a portfolio, examples of work or menus.

• For a particular vacancy, the client may request additional information, documents, materials or checks.
• The agency will inform the candidate in advance what is required and for what purpose. Specific checks are carried out only with the candidate’s consent.
