The following represents the agency’s contract offer (Public offer) to all clients in accordance with Art. 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The client’s payment for agency services constitutes their acceptance of this Public offer, as outlined below, in accordance with Art. 642 of the CCU.
Upon accepting the inquiry for candidate search, you’ll receive candidate resumes within 1-5 working days, with additional time for non-standard or complex requests.

We organize a meeting with candidates in an online format.
A contractual agreement with the candidate is a mandatory step in the service provision process.
The complete expense for the agency’s services, equivalent to the average monthly salary of the candidate selection staff, must be settled at least 2 working days before the candidate commences the probationary period, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.
The client’s payment for the agency’s services signifies their acceptance of the public offer agreement as stipulated by Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
After receiving the payment, you will receive the candidate’s contact information and copies of the requested documents.
If the candidate does not suit you, you have the opportunity to withdraw 90% of the payment amount within 30 days from the date of payment, and the contract will be terminated. If you do not request a refund in writing, the agency’s obligations under the contract are considered fulfilled.
