Terms of Engagement

Exclusive instruction

  • Exclusive request. The search is conducted exclusively through our agency.
  • Competitive employment offer. The vacancy must provide conditions above the market average.
  • Initial payment. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the candidate’s expected monthly salary is required to commence the search.
  • Final payment. The balance — 100% of the monthly salary — is payable no later than two business days before the candidate’s start date.
  • Bonus replacements. Available within 12 months, subject to:
  1. availability of suitable candidates
  2. compliance with agreed terms with the previous employee (a signed employment contract must be shared with the agency)
  3. any salary increase for a replacement candidate being covered by the client

Additional Support Services

If needed, we can organise:

  • Criminal record check
  • Medical certificates
  • Other checks/testing upon the client’s request and at the client’s expense

Consultation and coordination support during the adaptation period

  • Both the client and the candidate may contact us for support regarding communication and adaptation. (The relationship between the client and the employee remains a direct working relationship between the two parties.)

Security & Confidentiality Protocol

To ensure privacy and professionalism:

  • Direct contact exchange occurs only after full payment and confirmed start date
  • Polygraph testing (if requested) is arranged only after full payment, and strictly with candidate consent and ethical compliance

Client payment constitutes acceptance under Article 642.
